Last updated: June 12, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Apibara, including our website, API products, documentation, demos, account dashboard, API keys, subscriptions, WordPress plugins, integrations and related services.

1. About Apibara

Apibara provides API-based products, developer tools and integrations, including vehicle auction data APIs, media data APIs, YouTube-related APIs, WordPress plugins, dashboards, demos and documentation.

2. Eligibility

You may use Apibara only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use Apibara for a company, organization or client, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Accounts and API Keys

Some services require an account and an API key. You are responsible for keeping credentials and API keys secure. Do not publish, share, resell, leak or expose API keys.

4. API Products and Usage Limits

API products may include request limits, quotas, hourly limits, rate limits, bandwidth limits or other technical restrictions depending on the selected plan.

5. Subscriptions, Payments and Billing

Paid services are provided through subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method according to the plan terms.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a subscription through your account or payment provider. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments. Refunds may be reviewed case by case.

7. WordPress Plugins and Integrations

Apibara may provide WordPress plugins and integrations that connect websites and applications to Apibara APIs. These tools may require an API key and may send requests to Apibara.

8. Data Accuracy and Availability

We aim to provide useful structured data, but we do not guarantee that all data will always be complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to violate laws, bypass limits, abuse the service, attack infrastructure, resell access against your plan, use the service for spam, malware, fraud or illegal activity, or present Apibara data as guaranteed or official.

10. Third-Party Sources and Services

Apibara may rely on third-party platforms, public sources, hosting providers, payment processors, proxies or external APIs. We are not responsible for their changes, outages, restrictions or inaccuracies.

11. Intellectual Property

Apibara software, website, API structure, documentation, dashboards, branding, design, code and service architecture are protected by intellectual property laws.

12. Customer Content and Applications

You are responsible for your own websites, applications, API requests, parameters, user submissions, stored data, configurations and content processed through Apibara services.

13. Service Changes

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the services, including endpoints, response structures, pricing, plan limits, features, documentation or integrations.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, abuse the service, create security risks, exceed permitted usage or harm Apibara, users or third parties.

15. Disclaimers

Apibara services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, non-infringement and uninterrupted operation.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apibara will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Apibara harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses and expenses arising from your use of the services, your application, your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

18. Your Website and End Users

If you use Apibara APIs, plugins or integrations on your website or application, you are responsible for your own privacy policy, notices, consent mechanisms and legal compliance.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
